Answers questions about our company in an interview format
— How long have you been on the market?
— Our company itself is new. But it was founded by specialists who have been developing software since 1996 — that's more than 25 years of hands-on experience building complex, large-scale information systems for major clients. Over this time we've delivered projects across a wide range of industries — from oil production and industrial manufacturing to healthcare and HoReCa. We deeply believe that quality IT solutions can do more than optimize processes — they can genuinely change working conditions for medical staff and improve the accessibility and quality of business. That's exactly why our team includes not just top-tier developers and architects, but domain specialists too. This approach lets us speak the same language as our clients — not as an outside contractor, but as a partner who understands the business from the inside.
— But you can't have specialists on staff for every kind of business — how do you handle that?
— That's true. When we take on a new project, we don't start with technical specifications or a choice of technology — we start with a deep dive into the subject area. We study the applicable regulations and guidelines, analyze international experience and comparable solutions — and, most importantly, actively talk to the system's future users. We run interviews, observe real workflows, and identify pain points — to understand not how work is currently done, but how it could be done more effectively. After that we move to formalization: we describe the key business processes using BPMN and swimlane diagrams, and always agree on these models with the client. This avoids misunderstandings at the start and creates a shared "roadmap" of changes that everyone believes in.
— What architectural principles do you use in your systems?
— We also pay a lot of attention to system architecture. Our systems are cross-platform — for the user, they work in the browser or on mobile devices. Their architecture is interoperable and integrates easily with other information systems. It allows the system to grow in functionality and scale, for example when the number of connected users needs to increase.
— And how secure are your information systems?
— Security in our information systems isn't optional — it's mandatory. We design systems with multi-layered protection: a strict role-based access model (RBAC), integration with corporate SSO solutions, and full logging of every user action — who, when, what was opened, changed, or printed.
— What happens after the system is built? Who maintains your systems?
— We don't treat a project as "build it, hand it over, forget it". It matters to us that the system keeps living, evolving, and adapting to new requirements. That's why we offer more than warranty support — we offer a long-term partnership: user training, performance monitoring, proactive support, and regular updates, including for new regulations. Digital transformation isn't a one-off project — it's a continuous process, and we're ready to be a reliable, competent and responsible partner in it.
— Why does our methodology specifically improve a project's chances of success?
I'd put it this way:
  • Lower risk — thanks to phased delivery and early validation of decisions;
  • More control — through transparency and objective progress-tracking tools;
  • Higher efficiency — UX built on real business needs cuts training time and errors;
  • Long-term stability — architecture and security built to grow with future requirements;
  • Lower total cost of ownership — integrability and scalability help you avoid an expensive system replacement in 3–5 years.
